Our classes are intended to provide a fairly robust dive into the geographic, geological and hands-on pracrices that help explain why certain beverages taste they way they do, and why similar sounding beverages are often dramatically differently from one another.

While there is time for fun and casual conversation, this is primarily an opportunity to learn fun new facts about wine.

Policy on Scents and Perfumes

In order to fully appreciate the aromas and flavours - and out of respect for other participants - we request you do not wear perfume, cologne, aftershave, etc. You may otherwise be asked to leave, without refund.
