TASTING NOTES

Come get it while you can. Natural, wild, a little bit funky and very more-ish. A blend of Grenache Noir, Syrah & the white grape, Ugni Blanc providing a real electric feel to the palate. Made with a percentage of semi-carbonic maceration, this is a bright and juicy delight. 

The Grenache and Syrah were direct pressed and then co-fermented with the Ugni Blanc. No sulphurs.
