Pierre and Philippe Aubry, descendants of a line of winegrowers since 1790 pay attention to every single vine of their 13 hectares, split over 50 different plots across Montagne de Reims.
Breaking away from the typical styles of the large merchant houses, they have revived and replanted many plots of Arbanne, Petit Meslier, Fromenteau, and Enfumé. Their first harvests of these varieties were in 1993 and 1994, and each one represents a unique feature in their wines.
