Bonfire is a dessert cider, much like a port or ice wine. Made in collaboration with Pefferlaw Creek Farms just up the road from Banjo, it comes from fresh-pressed organic apple juice passed through Pefferlaw's maple syrup evaporator, then fermented.
Banjo Cider is a farm-based cidery in the charming hills near Uxbridge, Ontario. All their cider is made slowly in small batches, using 100% Ontario apples.
