TASTING NOTES

Aged saison transferred onto Nelson Sauvin hops and a small portion of fresh Saison.

This blend of pale-straw Saison pours with a lively carbonation and aroma of lemon oil, late-harvest Sauvignon Blanc grapes, and fresh cut flowers. On the palate, it displays herbaceous lemon, white grape, and finishes with a delicate vanilla-oak and cleansing hop flavour.
