Aged for a total of four years, two of which in French oak barrels.

Boutari has rescued local vineyards and indigenous grape varieties in all the regions that the company has been active with its wineries: in Naoussa, in Goumenissa, in Mantinia, in Attica, on Santorini, and on Crete.
