Champagne Pertois-Moriset, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger (Grand Cru). The estate, a Récoltant-Manipulant ('grower'), is a family run business from the famous village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, founded in 1951. The House’s history began through the marriage of Yves Pertois and Janine Moriset, the son and daughter of two ancient winemaking families in the Côte de Blancs.
Their first bottles are from 1959 and the various family members have consistently owned and operated the estate. Today, Yves and Janine’s granddaughter Cecile tends to the family's 20 ha. of vines with her husband Vincent (who also comes from a winemaking family). They bottle only 8 ha. of grapes under their own label.
