TASTING NOTES

Slight marzipan note on the nose with a super easy, breezy palate of round, tangerine fruit and yellow flowers & a little minerality. A great orange wine to explore the category with for the first time! 

2/3 whole bunch, crushed and fermented, 1/3 destemmed, crushed and macerated for 10 days on skins mixed with native yeast
