TASTING NOTES

Finished with finished with Black Cherry Wood and Toasted Oak. Wood fired oven on the nose. Notes of tobacco, cedar, with a touch of campfire toasted marshmallow and apple crisp.

On the palate sweet and savory up front, like salted caramel. Notes of clove and cinnamon with subtle mesquite smoke in the background that lingers well into the finish.

Cleveland Whiskey uses a proprietary pressure-aging system that forces the release of flavours from the Black Cherry Wood and Toasted Oak, adding a unique complexity without the use of additional ingredients.

Each bottle comes with an American "Wheat Penny" (minted prior to 1959) adhered to the lid.
