This 100% Pinot Noir Champagne comes exclusively from grand cru vineyards that has been aged for 72months, it has a freshness and tension that bounce on your tastebuds with notes of ripe pear and apricot, delicate white flowers and citrus. The palate is structured with characteristic biscuity characters with lightly candied fruit and spice that has a long and persistent finish. 

Bottled in spring 2013 with a permeable capsule allowing an oxygen exchange to create an evolution of the wines specifically designed for the optimum expression of the terroir of Bouzy.
