TASTING NOTES
Black fruit and a hint of graphite. Great acidity that plays through with supple tannins on the palate with black fruits, nutmeg spice, vanilla, cocoa and tomato leaf.

Certified organic/biodynamic. Domaine Jean Yves Millaire produces wines that offer a true expression of terroir thanks to growing techniques involving no herbicides, fungicides, insecticides or any other synthetic pesticides. 40-year-old vines planted in clay-limestone soils.
Harvest is done by hand and vinification occurs in concrete and oak tanks within indigenous yeasts. Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels (new and used), foudres and wooden vats. Bottled unfined/unfiltered.
