50/50 blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Gris. Wild fermented and aged in tank for 6 months, Bright and citrusy and super fresh. Nectarines, slight Sauv Blanc-grassiness and quite a plush texture.

Séailles has been a family-owned estate since 1961 and lies in the commune of Mouchan at the heart of Gascony.
It occupies a terroir which lies on high hillsides made up of fine clay/lime soil and broken stone, with an eastern and southern exposure and an amazing amount of sunshine.
The Domaine Séailles is one of the pioneers in organic viticulture making in the Côtes de Gascogne. Chemical fertilisers, herbicides, insecticides and synthetic chemical products have not been used since 1998 and is certified by Ecocert.
