A wine with a perfumed nose of red fruit and a surprisingly fresh palate with black pepper and the herbal garrigue the south of France is synonymous with. Soft and supple, this is a juicy, easy-drinking red.

Vineyards are composed of red clay and limestone, overlying sandstone bedrock at 250m to 300m (800 to 1000 ft) above sea level with cool evenings, Mediterranean climate and extreme winds.
The grapes are hand-harvested and 100% de-stemmed. Long macerations, blending the free-run juice with the pressed juice and aged in tank.
