TASTING NOTES

A top vintage in the Côte d'Or, this has generous fruit that the Andre's coax a delicate balance out of to provide sweet and tart red and black raspberries, along with cocoa, cedar and smoke. Super savory, herbal and earthy. High acidity with smooth tannins.

Situated at the foot of the centuries old Beaune ramparts in Burgundy, Domaine Françoise André's estate spans over 7.5 hectares in the northerly Côte de Beaune, home of the famous Corton hill. The André's, with Laurianne at the helm and Jérome Després by her side, have put their passion for the vine and their love of the grape in each glass they create.

Certified organic, the harvest is done manually with a meticulous cluster selection. Whole grapes are then pressed in a pneumatic press. The slow and steady pressure increase of the press produces fine and elegant wines. Fermentation in 350 litre barrels.
