Drei Donna - Lillybeth, Emilia Romagna, Italy (2020)
A blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, LillyBeth is a wildflower of the Romagna terroir. Cherries with crunchy, red plum and mulberry. The Cab Franc's herbaceous shines through alongside forest fruits and delicate floral notes. The palate is juicy with balsamic and earthy tones.
The harvest was done in hand choosing row by row at the end of August Fermentation comes carried out in concrete tanks for 15 days to one controlled temperature with daily replacements. Malolactic fermentation follows in steel tanks. It has an aging potential of 7 years.
