This Gluten-free Saison is brewed with  Buckwheat; technically a nut (not a grain), which contains no gluten. Its nutty and earthy flavours blend with sweet sorghum, dark Belgian candi sugar and herbal hops for balance of sweetness while maintaining a refreshing finish.
