Fourth Wall - Meta, Gamay, Niagara (2019)

Made in collaboration with the Malivoire Wine Company and winemaker Shiraz Mottiar from four different vineyards (three vineyards within the Four Mile Creek and the fourth in the Twenty Mile Bench sub appellations).

Fruit-forward red plum and thyme flavours, a little meatiness and at least a punnet of strawberries! This is a racy and slightly tart wine with stony minerality that belies its limestone soils.
