TASTING NOTES

Cherries, strawberries, raspberries, liquorice, tomato leaf and loads of vibrant energetic acidity. A really layered and beautiful Gamay made in collaboration with one of Canada's masters of the grape. 

Made in collaboration with the Malivoire Wine Company and winemaker Shiraz Mottiar from two different vineyards (the Four Mile Creek (80% of the fruit which was destemmed) and Twenty Mile Bench (20% of the fruit and left whole bunch).
