Light yeast derived Belgian phenolics, balanced smoke and sweet cherry in the finish. The different flavours balance each other out in perfect harmony.

 Grisette ("little grey one") is a farmhouse style originating along the border of France and Belgium. Originally consumed primarily by miners, it's generally a low-alcohol beer, with a noticeable tartness similar to other farmhouse ales.
