A pretty, aromatic pet nat with an elegant palate and soft structure. Hazy pink with aromas of liquorice, pink grapefruit, and rosebud, with a mineral palate and a refreshing finish.

After a short maceration of few hours the grapes are pressed to get a a pale pink must and then cold fermented for a week. Bottled in a fun, beer-inspired 500ml bottle which is designed to provide just enough for a fun aperitif before moving onto other beverages.
Nestled in the most hidden part of Valpolicella, the valley of Mezzane (Eastern Valpolicella), Massimago has a long history in the region. Owned by the Cracco family since 1883. Descendant, Camilla Rossi Chauvenet converted Massimago to organics within a couple years and has been certified as such since 2014.
