Oast House Avoir La Pêche
Only available in Toronto at Bossanova, this Farmhouse Ale is aged six months in barrel at first fermentation, with 2000 pounds of ripe, Lepp Farms peaches, and lactobacillus.
The brewer then adds house-smoked peaches for additional juicy character and complexity. Finally, Thatcher Beehive's honey was introduced for secondary fermentation in the bottle.
