TASTING NOTES
Bright spice and red berries followed by a distinct mineral note and some menthol and leather. On the palate it has good acidity, freshness and minerality with persistent tannins providing good structure. There is a long finish of black pepper and crunchy redcurrants and just-ripe red plums. Ideal served slightly chilled.

For over 30 years, Graziano Prà has been one of the masterminds of the Soaves's resurgence and his wines have earned more than 10 'Tre Bicchieri' awards from Gambero Rosso.
In 2001, Prà turned his sights to red wine and in 2006 released his first Valpolicella and Amarone della Valpolicella from this organically farmed estate called Morandina — 8 hectares of vineyard planted on calcareous glacial soils at 500m elevation.
Graziano's red wines are all about finesse, refinement, & complexity. The grapes for ‘Morandina’ were harvested in mid-October and underwent a light drying period of 20 days. They were then destemmed, pressed and vinified through the delestage process in stainless steel tanks. The resulting wine is aged for three to four months in 20 hl Allier oak casks.
