TASTING NOTES

A textbook Argentinean Cab Sauv with roasted red pepper notes, a soft and velvety palate & grippy, but plush tannins. With loads of leather, vanilla and chocolate - this is a really layered, classic with a very, very long finish.

At 800m, all grapes are manually harvested with careful cluster selection. Fermentation and maceration in small concrete vats with indigenous yeasts. 12 months in French oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation. Unfined. Unfiltered.
