TASTING NOTES

Aromas of ripe red and black berries with soft and velvety palate & tannins. With loads of leather, vanilla and chocolate - this is a really layered, unmistakable Argentinean classic with a very, very long finish.

At 800m, all grapes are manually harvested with careful cluster selection. Fermentation and maceration in small concrete vats with indigenous yeasts. 12 months in French oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation. Unfined. Unfiltered.
