TASTING NOTES
Bold, silky and complex! You'll find aromas of fig paste, cherry jam, peony and pomegranate. On the palate the wine is slightly chewy but vibrant and has a dry-yet-fruity character with notes of red apple, plum, tar, and a tobacco finish with grippy tannins.

Réva manages vineyards in some of the most important Langhe crus: Ravera in Novello, Lazzarito in Serralunga and Cannubi in Barolo. All the vineyards are cultivated organically and the estate is run by a group of young professionals who value both tradition and innovation.
This wine is made from grapes cultivated in San Sebastiano in Monforte d'Alba, on clay and limestone soils. The grapes macerate and ferment spontaneously in stainless steel tanks for 17 days. The ageing takes place in Austrian oak barrels for 12 months.
