Rotari - Brut Rosé, Traditional Method, Trentodoc (2016)
This elegant rosé is made with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, two international grape varietals that have well adapted to the Trentino territory, in the heart of Dolomites.
All the grapes are hand selected and picked from our wine growers and then brought into the cellar quickly. Vinified only in steel with selected yeasts and without any aging in oak wood to emphasize the fruit aromas. M
aturation on the lees in bottle for at least 24 months. Only the Chardonnay undergoes malolactic conversion.
