TASTING NOTES

Aged for one year in Last Straw Distillery “Darker Side” barrels, this version of Krampus is double distilled, then aged in charred, new American Oak. The nose of walnuts, smoke and caramel gives way to a long, smooth finish of baking spices and toasty oak. It looks, smells and tastes like a well-aged whiskey.

Darker Side is a traditional southern moonshine recipe, distilled from corn and sugar, which is aged for 4 months in a heavily charred cask .
