TASTING NOTES

This Scotch Ale is aged in second use Bourbon barrels for nine months, creating an amped up version of the deep amber,  heavy malt forward, winter warmer. It  leads with aromas of Bourbon, oak and toffee, and its low carbonation and hefty malt body helps provide a rich, satisfying mouthfeel.
