Schloss Vollrads, which has celebrated over 800 continuous vintages, is a true legend of German Riesling and is a founding member of the VDP. Their "1716 Cabinet" wine is a celebration of the fact that they are the first known winery to store their top wines in a Cabinet or Kabinett, establishing the term's use.
With 50% of the fruit coming from the Grand Cru sites of Schlossberg and Greiffenberg in prime Rheingau.
