Shacklands Wit Saison

A hybrid of Belgian Witbier and Saison, brewed with a big dose of bitter orange peel in the kettle. Instead of coriander (tradionally used in Wtibier), Shacklands uses grains of paradise and their house Saison yeast to develop a spice-driven backbone.
