This beer was blended using some barrels from the before the pandemic, and some barrels from the after the time the world paused. KIN Vineyards provided pinot noir grapes that were pressed into wine in the fall of 2021, then Small Pony locked them away in barrels of their Red Sour blend to age ten more months.
