SOSAB "XX" Grand Cru Pale Sour Ale

TASTING NOTES

This deep golden beer has explosive aromas of apple, red berries, currants, dried plums and pleasant notes of fortified wine. Aged for 20 months in oak barrels it holds the typical notes of vanilla, cognac, nuts and caramel biscuits under a sophisticated veil of tartness.

SOSAB (Science Of Sour Ale Brewing) is located in the home of the Flanders Red Ale. Beers are aged in a barrel room that holds ten Foeders.
