Stoller - Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley, Oregon (2020)
The nose shows perfumed red fruits with undertones of earth and baking spice. The palate is soft and supple, with dark cherry flavors balanced by a delicate tension from the tannins — a classic representation of the Dundee Hills.
A mosaic of both clones and vineyard plots, including tightly spaced rows in the volcanic red Jory soils of the Dundee Hills and others in the Chahalem Mountain AVAs. Stoller farms every plot with care and attention to the environment. Fruit is 100% estate grown. They are able to control every step of the process, from pruning to bottling and everything in between. The result is award-winning wines that are balanced, complex, and consistently exceptional.
