TASTING NOTES

A spontaneously fermented Granache. Vines are 20 years old and grow on sandy soils. Aged for 10months in neutral concrete to concentrate the fruit. It is fresh and big but with a lovely rounded bite.

The history of the domaine dates to 1850, Helen Durand has had control on the domaine since 1996. He uses low intervention techniques for freshness and terroir expression in the wines.
