100% Garnacha with a high intensity of fresh aromas of black fruit such us blackberry, blackcurrant, also black pepper, cedar and earthy notes. The palate is dry and fresh, soft tannins and medium body. Black fruit flavours, mineral hints and a long finish.

From stony soils with an altitude of 520 metres there was a spontaneous fermentation with wild yeast in 3500-liter wooden vats, 9 months ageing in 300-litre french used barrels. 2 months of refinement in 4.500-liter wooden tanks.
Founded in 1989, the winery focuses on working with native varieties and with the philosophy that a wine is made at the vineyard. Situated in the town of Fitero, at 490 metres above sea level, on stony and rocky soils with clay, limestone and conglomerates. The hills border the Ebro river valley and Iberian mountains.
