TASTING NOTES
A big, leathery, dusty and lip smacking red with red and black berry aromas, spicy notes of thyme, lavender and crushed black pepper. Great for autumn and getting colder weather back garden BBQs...Garnacha dominant, delicious and an absolute steal at the price.

Michael Cooper was born in Santa Barbara, California. He has been living in Spain since 2002 and making wines since 2009. He locates old vineyards at high elevations to select the best clones from centuries ago.
The company's vineyards practice sustainable viticulture, pesticides and herbicides are completely eliminated. For bottling, locally produced "light" bottles made from recycled materials are used.
