A 3-day skin contact was followed by 20 months aging on lees in 1,000 litre oak füder providing a lot of weight and texture to the body. Notes of prickly pear, lemon curd, cactus and bone dry. Typical Mosel, steel-y acidity provides a persistent and refreshing finish.
