TASTING NOTES
Lovely, mineral-driven nose accentuated by notes of lemon curd, almond, nutmeg, and brown butter. Tart and fresh on the palate, with a zesty, high-toned acidity, plenty of phenolic grip and a touch of salty minerality.

The MALAT Estate, established 1722, is located in the small village of Furth bei Göttweig in the wine growing region Kremstal, in the Danube. Michael Malat, the 10th generation winemaker, is known for authentic and terroir-driven wines, which are always elegant, pure, and full of finesse but never opulent or fat.
This wine is a blend of different vineyards throughout the right bank of the Danube. Fermented in stainless steel then racked into large old wooden casks of roughly 10,000 liters for three months.
