TASTING NOTES
A Cascadian Dark Ale brewed with Simcoe and Mosaic hops. Toasted coconut gives a creaminess to the body and head of the beer while the hops give a bitter citrusy, resinous aroma. The body has some sweet malt flavors, with hints of roastiness and toasted malt.
