Avling "Levantine" Barrel-Aged Wheat Ale with Sumac

TASTING NOTES

Pale crimson with an electric acidity, it bursts from the glass with powerful citrus and strawberry tones backed by a delicate earthy funk.

Flavours like a twist of lemon over a fresh bowl of berries, sweet and tart with a fine tannic finish reminiscent of raspberry seeds.

Inspired by traditional "Blanche" beer styles, Levantine is brewed with heritage wheat and aged on sumac foraged from Northern Ontario.
