As is typical for sparkling Chenin Blanc of Vouvray - this shows riper citrus, pineapple and tree fruit along with the bready flavours of Methode Traditionelle and racy, mineral acidity.

Fouquet owns several plots across Vouvray - often within 200m of the world renowned Francois Chidane, so the domaine’s wines are always an under the radar steal at the price owing to its soils’ similarities to the area’s premium estates.
