TASTING NOTES

A little Brett on the nose to give some farmyard funk, but an elegant, textbook Cab with roasted green pepper, blackcurrant, graphite and toast. Lovely!

Black Bank Hill is a vineyard and craft winery in the Lincoln Lakeshore sub-appellation of the Niagara Escarpment wine region.  They are focused on producing unique and evocative wines that reveal the quality and purity of the fruit grown in our cool climate.
