TASTING NOTES

Fresh, citrus-driven white wine with a crisp acidity. Green apple, white flowers, with a delicate hint of tropical fruit. The palate has a sense of rocky minerality. The wine ferments and matures in a steel vat for six months in contact with the lees providing a richer dimension to the wine than the average Verdejo.
