TASTING NOTES

The bubbles are small and persistent with a delicate bouquet of ripe pear, white flowers, brioche, hazelnut and rosemary.

A blend of Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir with 24 months on the lees before the bottles are disgorged.

A gem of a winery in Alsace dating back to 1795. Working in the most natural and minimalist manner across 6 grands crus and 4 lieux-dits.
