TASTING NOTES
A round, generous palate full of green & yellow apples, peaches and a touch of almond. Easy drinking refreshment in the classic pinot Grigio style but with more complexity and persistent a finish than the norm.

Organic, low use of sulphites and no chemical fertilizers nor herbicides. Hand selected grapes, soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature. The wine is then stored in special stainless-steel tanks until bottling.
Started by Carlo Campagnola and later, after his death, by his wife Caterina Zardini whowon the medal for the best “Vino Recciotto” at the Wine Exhibition in Verona in 1907. Still family-owned and run, Campagnola as grown to include several estates beyond their traditional Valpolicella origins.
