Founded in the 18th century, this casa is an iconic producer in Dão. Renowned for their their tradition, history and authenticity to the region. Solar exposure on the best soils in their property allow for excellent conditions to grow this encruzado - the Vinha dos Amores vineyard (where it is grown) has been known as a favourable meeting place for young lovers from the region.
Fully destemmed with some soft pressing and gravity clarification, this wine was fermented at a controlled temp of 18ºC.
