TASTING NOTES

Fine tannins, juicy body, lightly peppery with hints of botanicals and fleshy cherry. Excellent length. Ethereal and complex.

From some of the highest and oldest vineyards in Calatayud, these bush vines, sparsely planted on Precambrian soils of slate, limestone and quartzite. These impossible slopes more than 800 metres high produce serious, yet ethereal expressions of Garnacha.

50% whole cluster fermentation and aging in concrete.
