Fernando de Castilla - Vermut, Jerez
From one of bossanova's favourite sherry producer's, this Vermut is a real treat. Dark brown with aromas/flavous of bark, cinnamon, wormwood bitter orange peels and quite viscous on the palate. It has a soft start and a markedly sour profile. Superb as a digestif or with an equal (or two) part of club soda, tonic, or Spanish cava!
Made with the best olorosos and Pedros Ximénez, with a mix of 27 botanicals and macerated for months in oloroso casks, then aged in a solera system for 8 years.
