TASTING NOTES

Fruity esters reminiscent of citrus, especially lemon on the nose, with hints of white pepper and a faint aroma of sake.

The flavor profile showcases typical saison fruity & spicy notes, but the addition of yeast and koji (malted rice) imparts a subtle sake-like rice flavor. 

Finishes dry and crisp, with a lingering, fresh citrus aftertaste.
