TASTING NOTES

A delicate and refreshing wine from a field blend of grapes in the Langhe. A very slight spritz on opening, this wine delivers with strawberry, cream and pastry notes.

Destemmed and pressed without any maceration of the grapes, the colour of this wine is light for the region. After fermentation in steel tanks with temperature control at low temperatures for about 20 days, no malolactic fermentation was done to ensure a refreshing level of acidity.

For some depth and structure, the wine is aged on the fine lees in a stainless steel tank for a short period of time, while not overpowering the delicate, fresh red fruits flavours.
