A single varietal, naturally fermented cider using Harry Masters Jersey apples from Loch Mór's estate orchard. Yellow plums & fresh apricots, with a hint of caramel on the aroma. Full bodied that finishes with a slate-like, mineral note the variety is known for. Light carbonation.
